Offering a wide range of classes, from cosy yin to fiery vinyasa, all diving into the sweet power of yoga. I create a space to unwind + release the tension of the mind and body, stepping out of normality, even if it is just for a moment.

It is such an honour and blessing to hold this space for so many people IRL + virtually, creating, sharing, with the hope of inspiring.
