Did you know with one conscious breath in + out you are meditating? So meditation doesn’t have to be as scary as you make it out to be – it’s the awareness of the breath. Come to practice where I will guide you through a 20 (+/-) minute meditation; starting with breath work, moving onto intention setting + an invitation to various visualisations within the minds eye. On occasion we will be incorporating crystals, manifestation techniques + connections with the chakras.
There will be additional time at the end of each session dedicated to journalling for reflections + to offload (each session will include a thought provoking prompt to help those new to journaling).
