An oh so sweet + soft evening practice, to unwind from the day and prepare for rest. Surrounded by many yoga props, we explore 4-7 poses each class, finding stillness to create the deepest of releases : mentally + physically. Each week we discover themes of chakras, meridians & fascial lines, linked the current season + phases of the moon. Come to the beautiful Yoga Garden in your comfiest clothes (even pjs will do!), wrap yourself in a blanket + slip into a dream – help yourself to a selection of herbal teas to feed that Yin energy.
